This Privacy Policy describes how Azyy Co., a California S-Corporation doing business as Azyy Studio ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit azyy.studio (the "Site").

Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

Contact Form: When you submit a contact form on our Site, we collect your name, email address, message content, and any additional details you choose to include. We use this information to respond to your inquiry.

Email Signup: When you subscribe to our mailing list, we collect your email address and, optionally, your name and company. We use this information to send marketing communications, only with your consent.

Information Collected Automatically

Google Analytics (Google LLC): We use Google Analytics to collect usage data such as pages visited, session duration, referral source, approximate location (city/region level), device type, browser, and operating system. Google Analytics may set cookies including _ga, _gid, and _gat.

Framer Analytics (Framer B.V.): Our Site is hosted on Framer, which may collect aggregated page views and visitor counts as part of its hosting service. Framer may set functional cookies.

Server Logs (Framer Hosting): Framer may automatically collect your IP address, browser type, referring/exit pages, and timestamps as part of standard server operations. No cookies are set for this purpose.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect financial information, government-issued identifiers, precise geolocation, biometric data, or personal information from children under 16. We do not use tracking pixels, retargeting cookies, or social media tracking tools on the Site.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We may disclose your information to the following parties:

Service Providers: Third parties who process data on our behalf, bound by data processing agreements and limited to the purposes we specify. Current providers include Framer B.V. (website hosting and analytics), Google LLC (website analytics), and any email marketing provider we may use, such as Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or similar services (distribution of marketing communications).

Legal Authorities: When required by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or governmental request, or when disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, prevent fraud, or respond to a government request.

Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets. We will provide notice before your personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Data Retention

Contact Form Submissions: Retained for 24 months from the date of submission, or the duration of any resulting business relationship plus 12 months, whichever is longer — unless you request deletion sooner.

Email Signup Data: Retained until you unsubscribe or request removal.

Google Analytics Data: Retained for 14 months per Google's default retention setting.

Server Logs: Retained by Framer in accordance with their retention policies (typically 90 days or less).

When the retention period expires, we will delete or anonymize your data. You may request early deletion at any time by contacting hello@azyy.studio.

Rights Under the GDPR (EEA/UK Residents)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation:

Access: Obtain confirmation of whether we process your data and request a copy (Art. 15).

Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data (Art. 16).

Erasure: Request deletion of your data where there is no compelling reason for continued processing (Art. 17).

Restriction: Request restriction of processing in certain circumstances (Art. 18).

Response timeframe: We will respond to all GDPR rights requests within 30 days. If we need additional time (up to 60 additional days), we will notify you of the extension and the reason for the delay.

Rights Under Other U.S. State Privacy Laws

We respect rights granted under the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA), Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), and similar state privacy laws. These generally include rights to access, delete, correct, opt out of targeted advertising, and appeal our decisions. International Data Transfers

Our Site is hosted in the United States. If you are visiting from outside the United States, your data will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States.

For EEA/UK visitors, we rely on the following safeguards for international data transfers: Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) incorporated into our service providers' data processing agreements, and our service providers' compliance with applicable data protection frameworks (such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, where certified).

Data Security

No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify affected individuals and applicable authorities of any confirmed data breach in accordance with applicable law.

Automated Decision-Making and Profiling

We do not engage in automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects or similarly significant effects on you. Analytics data is used solely in aggregate to improve the Site and is not used to make individual decisions about visitors.

Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly. Marketing Communications and CAN-SPAM Compliance

If you subscribe to our mailing list, we will send you marketing communications only with your consent. In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, all marketing emails will clearly identify Azyy Studio as the sender, include a valid physical postal address or a registered alternative, contain a clear and conspicuous unsubscribe mechanism, and honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days.

You may opt out at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email or by contacting us at hello@azyy.studio. Opting out of marketing emails will not affect any transactional or service-related communications.

Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals. Our Site does not currently respond to DNT signals. However, you may opt out of analytics tracking using the methods described in Section 3.2.
