Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at azyy.studio (the "Site"), operated by Azyy Co., a California S-Corporation doing business as Azyy Studio ("we," "us," or "our").

Portfolio work and case studies displayed on the Site may be subject to intellectual property rights held by our clients. Display of such work on this Site does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Site without our prior written consent, except as follows: you may temporarily store copies of materials in your browser cache, and you may print or download a reasonable number of pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify the content or remove any copyright or proprietary notices.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts.
Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at hello@azyy.studio and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of at least thirty (30) days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may proceed with legal action as described in Section 10.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by Azyy Co.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Azyy Co. regarding your use of the Site, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings. Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and Azyy Co.
For the avoidance of doubt, these Terms govern your use of the Site only. Any services provided by Azyy Co. are governed by separate written agreements (such as statements of work, master service agreements, or other contracts) entered into between you and Azyy Co.
