Challenge
Launched as a retail business, AI-powered health insights provider Diadia found it was gaining more traction among clinicians and practitioners than it was with consumers. A pivot in audience and model meant big changes for the brand, but the last thing the young company wanted was a complete do-over. So, Diadia approached Azyy to update a range of assets — including its identity, website, and product experience — to better reflect their new mission without a costly and time-consuming total brand overhaul.

Strategy
The speed of change at Diadia was too quick for formal briefs and rigid schedules, so we opted to embed as a design partner working near-full-time hours. Our proximity to day-to-day decisions allowed for greater visibility and rapid turnaround times that kept pace with a very fluid situation. As for the brand, we did a quick design deconstruction to sort still-relevant elements from those that needed to be evolved. Our proposed updates sought to build trust with physicians and promote flexibility in the system in case future pivots were needed.

Website
While our approach to the brand identity was all about trust, Diadia’s website had an even bigger need — flexibility. Designing to real-time data and optimizations meant building for change before it happened. Elegant type design and layered image containers, along with simple icons and graphics, provided a modular system that leaned into our new look with plenty of room to evolve and grow.

Product
Diadia’s platform is where the real complexity lives. The AI analyzes a patient’s biomarkers alongside their genetic data to produce a highly personalized health analysis — surfacing root causes, flagging nuances that population-level data would miss, and backing every recommendation with cited evidence. Transparency is non-negotiable when the end users are doctors. The experience includes a root-cause breakdown, an AI-generated treatment protocol that clinicians can review and edit, and a sharing flow so approved results can go directly to the patient. What might normally take a clinician two to four hours on a complex case turns into roughly thirty minutes — better results, faster, with the capacity to take on more patients.

Outcome
Diadia has started landing new doctor and clinician partnerships and is actively onboarding patients onto the platform. It’s still early, but the trajectory looks far more promising than anything the D2C model produced. The breadth of the engagement — website, product design, social, trade shows, presentations, print collateral, and ongoing strategic input — has made this more of a creative partnership than a typical client-vendor arrangement
